Delivery & ReturnsAll orders are dispatched from Edinburgh, Scotland. We now ship to most destinations.
We're currently shipping everything out within 24 hours of ordering (excluding Sunday and Bank Holidays).

Returns & Exchanges
Holiday Returns
All orders placed from December 8th are eligible for an extended return period in recognition of the holidays. Please notify us by email on or before December 28th if the item is not suitable.
General Return Policy (non-holiday)
We hope you're thrilled with your purchase - but if not we will happily process a return or an exchange. Please review the returns procedure here.
If you are planning to return/exchange an item it is important that you notify us at returns@themoonandmars.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the item. Please include your order number and reason that the item is not suitable (this is really helpful information for us!) in this email.
Except in cases where the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost/damaged in the post so please package item securely and we recommend they are properly insured. Do ensure shoes are carefully packed and note that the shoe box is considered part of the product and should not be damaged in transit.
Unworn item, with tags attached, must be received by the moon and mars within 14 days of your returns notification email.
Exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the returned item and will be subject to availability. For returns the account used to purchase the item will be credited promptly and within 10 working days.
Please note, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments (including swimwear) or pierced earrings.
