Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re thrilled with your purchase – but if not we will happily process a return or an exchange. Please review the returns procedure here or on the returns/exchange form provided with your package. Please notify us at returns@themoonandmars.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving the item if you plan to return or exchange.
Except in cases where the item is faulty, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returned or exchanged items that are lost/damaged in the post so please package item securely and we recommend they are properly insured.
Unworn item, with tags attached, must be received by the moon and mars within 14 days of your returns notification email. Please include your original invoice and completed returns/exchange form.
Exchanges will be sent upon receipt of the returned item and will be subject to availability. For returns the account used to purchase the item will be credited promptly and within 10 working days.
Please note, unless faulty, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on undergarments or pierced earrings.
