Hello and welcome to the moon and mars website ("Site") we would like you to review the terms that govern your use of the Site and the purchase of products from the Site. Please be aware your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and to be bound by the terms of use.

The terms of use may be changed or updated at a future date. Your use of the site following any changes to the terms constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms as changed.

The whole Site and its contents are intended solely for personal use.

Prices

All price shown are in GBP and are inclusive of applicable VAT (currently 20%, excluding books and magazine which are 0% VAT). All orders outside the European Union will be reduced 20%.

Payment

We accept all major cards including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Maestro and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept payment by Paypal. By purchasing an item from the Site you confirm that the debit or credit card being used for payment is yours and that all the personal information provided to complete payment is full and correct. You will not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name.

Product Representation

Every effort is made to present products in a true and complete form. However, depending on your browser or individual computer settings we cannot guarantee that colour clarity will be 100% accurate.

Delivery

Standard domestic (UK) shipping is FREE. Standard shipping for the rest of the EU is 8.00 GBP and 10.00 GBP everywhere else. All standard orders will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Please note, if we ship outside the European Union, we will not be responsible for any duty or tax fees your country may wish to apply.

Returns & Exchanges

At the moon and mars we hope you truly love your purchase. However, In the event that the item is unsuitable we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided the item(s) is returned unworn with tags attached. Please note, except in the cases of faulty goods, return shipping costs and risk are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of postage and insurance are recommended.

If you would like to return/exchange your item(s) please notify the moon and mars by email returns@themoonandmars.co.uk as soon as possible and within 72 hours receipt of the goods. The return/exchange must be received by the moon and mars no later than 14 days from the date the goods were originally received by the customer. If a refund is requested it will be processed promptly upon receipt of returned good - within 10 working days from receipt of returned item by the moon and mars. Please be aware, we cannot accept returns of pierced earrings or undergarments (including swimwear).

Privacy

At the moon and mars your privacy is a priority. The moon and mars will not sell trade or rent your information with any third party. The moon and mars collects personal information when you shop or register with us. This information may be used for the following purposes:

To fulfil orders placed

To communicate with you about shop news and offers

To understand the shopping habits of our customers to improve future offerings and customer service
